Frank has also been successful in sales and sales training of decorative concrete as well as the marketing and management functions required to operate a decorative concrete business.

Through his long time experience in the decorative concrete industry Frank has been invited as a speaker at World of Concrete for the past six years, speaking on a variety decorative concrete subjects - including, getting started in the decorative concrete business.
